1) There will be no classes at all next week due to Bank Holiday

2) Due to popular demand, from week commencing 4th September we will be running TWO SESSIONS A WEEK! Mondays 2:00pm – 3:00pm and Tuesdays 6:30pm – 7:30pm. Each sesson costs £1.50 entry per person. Thank you to Gary for agreeing to a 2nd session. We hope to see you all there!
