Groups wishing to hire the Centre for their activity must complete booking forms and carry out their own risk assessment.

We have a number of rooms available for hire for your meeting/exercise class/party/conference/coffee morning/event/whatever you’re thinking!

Function suite
Our newly refurbished Function Suite on the top floor of the community centre is available to hire for your Family Party or Meeting. The room can be split into 2 halves, and has an option of rectangular or round tables depending on what is required for your event.

There are Ladies, Gents & Disabled toilet facilities in the function room, and access is granted to the 1st floor by stairs or lift.

There is a full equipped kitchen available for use, and since 2014, the building is a licenced premises allowing sale of alcohol on site.

Downstairs Hall
Our downstairs hall is available to hire for Children’s birthday parties, exercise classes and fun days. It has a newly refurbished kitchen.

The room is accessible via stairs and lift and features a stage area, plus ladies & gents toilets.

The downstairs hall is host to regular weekly bookings including scouts and bingo club, and is where we hold our cinema showings during school holidays.

Small Meeting Room
Our small meeting room is on the ground floor and can accomodate up to 25 people. Facilities for making hot drinks and snacks are available in the adjacent kitchen.

Ladies, gents and disabled toilet facilities are all available on this level and disabled access is provided using the lift.

Hire Charges
Unfortunately due to increased running costs, the committee have had to increase some of the charges for hiring rooms at the Centre. The list of hire charges in the document below is correct on 17th April 2025.
